Anita Akin Ward, OD

Dr. Ward is a native of western Kentucky and received her undergraduate degrees from Murray State University and Paducah Community College. Her clinical training included externships at Clayton Eye Center in Atlanta, Georgia, and at Navy Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. She received her doctorate in optometry at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, and has practiced optometry in Paducah since 2001.

Dr. Ward is a member of the American Optometric Association, Kentucky Optometric Association, Western Kentucky Optometric Society, Paducah/McCracken County Board of Health, and Rotary Club of Paducah.
